Expression and clinical significance of lncRNA-miR210HG in cancer tissues of NSCLC patients
Aim To analyze the expression and clinical significance of long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)-miR210HG in cancer tissues of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods A total of 84 patients with NSCLC were enrolled. The level of lncRNA-miR210HG in cancer tissues and para-carcinoma tissues was compared.According to average expression level of lncRNA-miR210HG,patients were divided into high-expression group and low-expression group, respectively, and clinicopathologi-cal parameters and survival in these two groups were compared. The risk factors affecting prognosis of NSCLC patients were analyzed by multivariate COX regression model. Results The expression levels of miR210 and lncRNA-miR210HG in cancer tissues were higher than those in para-carcinoma tissues(P<0.05).The proportion of high-expression lncRNA-miR210HG was higher in patients with clinical staging at stage Ⅲ and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The overall survival rate and progression-free survival rate in high-expression group were lower than those in low-expression group(P<0.05).The lncRNA-miR210HG was an independent risk factor to affect prognosis of NSCLC patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The high expression of lncRNA-miR210HG in cancer tissues is related to lymph node metastasis and clinical staging in NSCLC.The lncRNA-miR210HG is an independent risk factor to affect prognosis of NSCLC patients.
