The clinical efficacy of EECP in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris
Aim To observe the clinical effect of enhanced external counterpulsation(EECP)in the treatment of unstable an-gina pectoris(UAP).Methods 100 patients with UAP were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine comprehensive treatment,and the study group was treated with EECP on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of two groups of UAP,the expression levels of serum inflammatory cytokine,the flow-mediated dilation(FMD),and patient quality of life using the seattle Angina Pectoris questionaire(SAQ)between two group.Results The total effective rate of UAP in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory cytokine,FMD were lower and the SAQ score was higher in the study group than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion EECP has better effect in the treatment of UAP,which can reduce inflammatory reaction,improve vasodilation function,improve quality of life.
