With the continuous development of pediatric surgery technology,especially the improvement of minimally invasive technology and pediatric anesthesia technology,domestic pediatric day surgery has achieved rapid development.The short hospitaliza-tion time and fast turnover of children's day surgery,coupled with the particularity of children's pathology,put forward high require-ments for anesthesia and perioperative management.In this paper,the requirements,anesthesia and perioperative management of children's day surgery are reviewed.
