摘要
目的 比较不同病情严重程度癫痫患者血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)及Toll样受体4(TLR4)的水平.方法 选择70例癫痫患者为癫痫组,按照不同发作情况、不同脑电图异常程度分为不同组;另选择70例健康志愿者为对照组.比较各组IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α、HMGB1及TLR4的水平.结果 癫痫组IL-6、TNF-α、HMGB1及TLR4水平高于对照组(P＜0.05).重度异常、中度异常、轻度异常癫痫患者比较IL-6、TNF-α、HMGB1及TLR4水平均依次降低(P＜0.05).全身性发作癫痫患者与部分性发作患者比较IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α、HMGB1及TLR4水平均差异无显著性(P＞0.05).结论 癫痫患者血清IL-6、TNF-α、HMGB1及TLR4水平明显上调,且与脑电图异常程度有关系,可为癫痫诊断和预后评估提供一定的临床参考价值.
Abstract
Aim To compare the levels of serum interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high mobility group box 1 protein(HMGB1),and Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)in patients with epilepsy of different severity.Methods 70 patients with epilepsy were selected as the epilepsy group,and were divided into different groups according to different seizure conditions and different degrees of abnormal EEG.Another 70 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.The levels of IL-2,IL-6,TNF-α,HMGB1,and TLR4 were compared among the groups.Results The levels of IL-6,TNF-α,HMGB1,and TLR4 in the epilepsy group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of IL-6,TNF-α,HMGB1,and TLR4 in patients with severe,moderate,and mild abnormalities were decreased in turn(P＜0.05).There was no sig-nificant difference in the levels of IL-2,IL-6,TNF-α,HMGB1,and TLR4 between patients with generalized seizures and those with partial seizures(P＞0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum IL-6,TNF-α,HMGB1,and TLR4 in patients with epilepsy are sig-nificantly up-regulated,and are related to the degree of abnormal EEG.This can provide some clinical reference value for the diagno-sis and prognosis evaluation of epilepsy.
