摘要
目的 分析可弯曲支气管镜术对小儿重症支原体肺炎的治疗作用.方法 选择重症支原体肺炎患儿100例,按照治疗方式均分为观察组(行可弯曲支气管镜术)和对照组(常规治疗).比较两组患儿的临床疗效、动脉血气指标和炎症因子水平.结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组湿啰音消失时间、发热减退时间、住院时间均较对照组短(P＜0.05).与术前比较,术后2周两组血氧饱和度、血氧分压、二氧化碳分压均显著改善;且观察组改善较对照组更为显著(P＜0.05).与术前比较,术后2周两组白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白、降钙素原水平显著降低;且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05).两组术后并发症发生率差异无显著性(P＞0.05).结论 可弯曲支气管镜术可显著改善重症支原体肺炎患儿的动脉血气指标和炎症因子水平,有较好的临床疗效.
Abstract
Aim To analyze the curative effect of flexible bronchoscopy in children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 100 children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia were enrolled.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group(flexible bronchoscopy)and control group(routine treatment).The clinical curative effect,arte-rial blood gas indexes and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of obser-vation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).The disappearance time of wet rale,antipyretic time and length of hos-pital stay in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P＜0.05).Compared with situtation before surgery,at 2 weeks after surgery,blood oxygen saturation,partial pressure of oxygen and partial pressure of carbon dioxide were significantly im-proved in both groups,and the improvement was more significant in observation group than those in control group(P＜0.05).Com-pared with situtation before surgery,at 2 weeks after surgery,levels of interleukin-6,C-reactive protein and procalcitonin were signifi-cantly decreased,which were lower in observation group than those in control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Flexible bronchoscopy can signif-icantly improve arterial blood gas indexes and inflammatory factors in children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia,which has good clinical curative effect.
