Research progress on abdominal organ protection measures in Stanford type A aortic dissec-tion surgery
Stanford type A aortic dissection is a life-threatening emergency that mainly requires surgical treatment.Currently, deep(middle)hypothermic circulatory arrest and selective cerebral perfusion used during surgery can effectively protect brain tissue, but the incidence of postoperative abdominal organ complications is high, seriously affecting the postoperative recovery and overall effi-cacy of patients. Therefore, the protection of abdominal organs during surgery is crucial. This article will review the measures for protecting the abdominal organs during surgery for Stanford type A aortic dissection, aiming to optimize the measures for protecting the abdominal organs during surgery, reducing postoperative complications, and improving patient prognosis and quality of life.
