Aim To investigate the status of Kegel exercise compliance in parturients with pelvic floor dysfunction and ana-lyze the influencing factors.Methods Women with pelvic floor dysfunction were investigated by means of patients'general data questionnaire,family support scale,Chinese version of Edinburgh postnatal depression scale,Chinese version of parenting competence scale and Kegel exercise compliance registration form.Results The score of Kegel exercise compliance of women with pelvic floor dysfunction was 6.00(5.00,7.00),which was at a low level.Logistic analysis showed that neonatal weight,pregnancy activity,perineum situation,sense of competence in parenting and postpartum depression,were the influencing factors of maternal Kegel exer-cise compliance(P＜0.05).Conclusion The Kegel exercise compliance of postpartum women with pelvic floor dysfunction is re-duced and needs to be improved.Obstetric medical staff should develop intervention measures based on the maternal individual situa-tion to improve Kegel exercise compliance.
