Relationship between serum 3-NT,cTnT,cardiac function and left ventricular remodeling in STEMI patients after interventional therapy
Aim To investigate the relationship between serum 3-nitroamino acid(3-NT),cardiac troponin T(cTnT),and cardiac function and left ventricular remodeling in patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)after inter-ventional therapy. Methods 85 STEMI patients were selected and divided into observation group(n=42)and control group(n=43)based on whether left ventricular remodeling occurred after interventional treatment.Serum levels of 3-NT and cTnT before and after intervention therapy,as well as the cardiac function after one week of intervention therapy, between the two groups of patients, were compared. The influencing factors of left ventricular remodeling in STEMI patients after interventional treatment, and the predic-tive value of each factor for occurrence of left ventricular remodeling, were analyzed. Results The body mass index, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and homocysteine levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the parameters be-fore treatment, the serum 3-NT and cTnT levels in both groups increased after treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After one week of PCI treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEDV)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Serum 3-NT is positively correlated with cTnT and LVEDV,while 3-NT is negatively correlated with LVEF(P<0.05).Total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and 3-NT were risk factors for left ventricular remodeling in STEMI patients after PCI(P<0.05).3-NT has good efficacy in predicting left ventricular remodeling(P<0.05).Conclusion 3-NT is a risk factor of left ventricular remodeling in STEMI patients after PCI,and it has good efficacy in predicting left ventricular remodeling.
