The relationship between serum levels of visfatin,Lp-a,CCL18 and cardiac function,prog-nosis in patients with acute myocardial infarction
Aim To analyze the relationship between serum visfatin, lipoprotein a(Lp-a),chemokine ligand 18(CCL18)and cardiac function, prognosis in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 100 patients with AMI were enrolled as AMI group, and they were divided into subgroups according to cardiac function grading and prognosis.A total of 70 healthy controls were enrolled as control group. The levels of serum visfatin,Lp-a and CCL18 in different groups were compared. The correlation between serum indexes and cardiac function grading was analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis. The predictive ef-ficiency of serum visfatin,Lp-a and CCL18 for prognosis was analyzed by ROC curves. Results The visfatin,Lp-a and CCL18 in AMI group were higher than those in control group. With the increase of cardiac function grading,visfatin,Lp-a and CCL18 were gradually increased. The visfatin,Lp-a and CCL18 in poor prognosis group were higher than those in good prognosis group(P<0.05).Visfatin,Lp-a and CCL18 were positively correlated with cardiac function grading(P<0.05).The predictive efficiency of visfatin combined with Lp-a and CCL18 for prognosis of AMI patients was the highest(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of ser-um visfatin,Lp-a and CCL18 are increased in AMI patients, which are closely related with cardiac function. The combined detection of the three indexes has certain prognostic value.
