The arrival of the era of intelligence and data has promoted the widespread use of digital governance.This not only brings great convenience,but also improves the overall efficiency of society.At the same time,digital vulnerable groups are suffering from digital justice dilemmas at both horizontal and vertical levels.It is mainly due to the uneven distribution of digital resources and the alienation of social power structures.To realize the rights of the digital vulnerable groups and help them integrate into the digital society not only conforms to the spirit of justice in the Constitution,but also conforms to the practical needs of the digital age.Therefore,we should focus on balancing the power of all social subjects,realizing the reasonable distribution of digital resources and the rational allocation of digital rights and the effective constraints of power.Based on this premise,the digital divide can be finally bridged and digital justice can be restored.
