The significance of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements out-weighs the innovation itself.The efficiency of agricultural technology transformation in China is lower than the national average and lags behind that of developed countries.Therefore,optimizing and improving the models of agricultural technology transformation is an issue that requires contemplation at present.There are three main models for the transformation of agricultural technological achievements:"independent transformation by scientific research institutions,""cooperation between scientific research institutions and enterprises for transformation,"and"platform-coordinated transformation."The inherent characteris-tics of agriculture pose varying degrees of constraints on the supply,demand,and intermediary dimen-sions of the technological transformation motive chain.To overcome these constraints,it is necessary to implement property rights incentives,integrate external resources,and for the government to coordinate and promote the process.In recent years,Hainan Province has adhered to the three principles of"priori-tizing scientific and technological personnel,""being market demand-oriented,"and"taking institutional innovation as the focal point,"and has achieved remarkable results in the transformation of agricultural technological achievements.In the future,it should continue to advance reform and exploration,strength-en the innovative role of enterprises,and enhance the government's overall coordination efforts.
