Application of Caproic Acid Bacteria Functional Liquid in Luzhou-flavor Liquor Production
Self-made caproic acid bacteria functional liquid was used in the fields including pits maintenance, recycle fermentation, cross-steam- ing for strengthening aroma, and preparation of flavoring liquid etc. Its use effects were analyzed and summed up. It suggested that its use for pits maintenance and microbe rejuvenation could improve pits quality and liquor quality, and its use for recycle fermentation, cross-steaming, and flavoting liquor preparation could evidently improve liquor quality and increase economic benefits.
