清酒与日本原生文化关系研究

摘要
清酒作为日本的国酒,发展至今已有两千年的历史.虽然清酒的酿制工艺在不断地进步,但是清酒所承载的日本文化依旧留存.清酒之“清”渗透着原始神道的精髓,清酒的品牌、清酒的酒器寄托着日本人的自然情怀,而居酒屋里的世界延续着敬神尊祖的“神人融合”状态.清酒作为一种文化载体彰显了日本原生文化的魅力.
Abstract
Sake,Japanese national wine,has a long history of more than two thousand years.Although sake brewing process keeps improving,it still bears native Japanese culture.Sake in deed reflects the soul of Japanese Shinto.Japanese entrust their naturalistic feelings to sake brand and sake vessels,and Japanese pubs are always the ideal world for nature worship and gods and ancestors worship.Sake,as the cultural carrier,reveals the charms of native Japanese culture.
