应用ICP-MS检测酱香型白酒中的5种重金属元素

Determination of Five Heavg Metals in Jiangxiang Baijiu(Liquor) by ICP-MS

探讨了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定酱香型白酒中铜、铅、镉、砷、汞5种重金属元素含量的可行性,考查了该方法的准确度与精密度,以期将该法应用于白酒企业的质量控制与品质评价中。以贵州国台酒业有限公司提供的酱香型白酒为样本,采用ICP-MS法对酒中铜、铅、镉、砷、汞5种重金属进行定量分析。白酒样品经水浴旋蒸后,以铍、钴、铟、铀、锗、铋为混合内标,测定标准工作曲线。后进行精密度试验与回收率试验,并确定该方法的最低检出限。结果表明,该方法RSD不超过3%,回收率在80%~103%之间,各元素最低检出限为铜0.03μg/L,铅0.01μg/L,砷0.04μg/L,镉0.02μg/L,汞0.01μg/L。该方法可同时测定白酒中5种微量金属元素,精密度和准确度满足分析要求,且具有准确、快速、简便的特点,可用于白酒产品的质量控制与分析,作为白酒企业的质量监控方法。
An ICP-MS internal calibration method for the determination of five kinds of heavy metals in Jiangxiang Bajiu(liquor) had been de-veloped. The feasibility and the accuracy of such method were investigated in this study. Quantitative analysis of five heavy metals (Cu, Pb, Cd, As and Hg) was performed with THERMO X7 mass spectrograph after pre-treatment of liquor samples (Jiangxiang Bajiu(liquor) provided by Guotai Liquor Co.Ltd.) by rotary evaporator. The minimum detection limits (Cu 0.03 μg/L, Pb 0.01 μg/L, As 0.04 μg/L, Cd 0.02 μg/L, Hg 0.01 μg/L) were determined after recovery test and precision test. This method had the advantages of high efficiency and convenience. Its preci-sion and accuracy could meet the analytic requirements and it could be used in quality control of Jiangxiang Baijiu(liquor).
