高通量测序法对剑南春大曲真菌群落结构的分析

针对剑南春大曲样品,应用宏基因组学方法提取总基因组DNA,经PCR扩增ITS区构建文库并测序,进行剑南春大曲中真菌群落多样性的研究.结果表明,剑南春大曲微生物群落构成较稳定,主要分布在Ascomycota、Zygomycota、Basidiomycota三大门中,占总量的90 %以上.分属于Rhizopus、Sac-charomycopsis、Aspergillus、Thermoascus、Saccharomyces、Wickerhamomyces、Thermomyces、Amylomyces、Ta-laromyces、Monascus.
Analysis of Fungal Communities of Jiannanchun Daqu by Barcoded Pyrosequencing
The total DNA of microbes in Jiannanchun Daqu was extracted respectively by metagenomics method and its ITS was am-plified by PCR and then sequenced to explore the diversity of fungal communities.The results suggested that microbial community composition in Jiannanchun Daqu was stable and they were mainly distributed in the phyla Ascomycota,Zygomycota and Basidiomy-cota,accounting for more than 90 %,including Rhizopus,Saccharomycopsis,Aspergillus,Thermoascus,Saccharomyces,Wickerhamo-myces,Thermomyces,Amylomyces,Talaromyces and Monascus.
