摘要

对某酱香型白酒污水站厌氧单元出水通过NaOH-Na2CO3法、NaOH法、Na2CO3法的实验方式对比除钙镁的效果,并探讨了最优处理工艺参数.结果表明,三种方法中,NaOH-Na2CO3法去除钙镁效果最佳,NaOH和Na2CO3混合药剂配比为10 g/L+20 g/L,pH值为8.5、9.0时,均可获得较好的除硬效果,去除率均在50%以上,pH9.0时,去除率可达65%以上;实验周期内,是否加石榴石砂/方解石等晶种,对试验结果的影响不大.

Abstract

The effect of removing calcium and magnesium from the effluent of the anaerobic unit of the wastewater treatment station of a Jiangxiang Baijiu distillery by methods of NaOH-Na2CO3,NaOH and Na2CO3 were compared,and the optimal process parameters were discussed.The results showed that NaOH-Na2CO3 was the best method to remove calcium and magnesium.When the mixing ratio of NaOH and Na2CO3 was 10 g/L and 20 g/L,and the pH value was 8.5 or 9.0,the removal rate of calcium and magnesium was above 50%;when the pH value was 9.0,the removal rate could reach above 65%.Adding garnet sand/calcite had little influence on the experimental results.
