Teaching Reformation and Practice of Viticulture under the Background of Production-Education Integration
As the core course of grape and wine engineering major,the viticulture course is faced with some problems in practice,including students'weak interest and low participation in class,lack of theory-practice combination,disconnection with industrial certification,and outdated teaching ma-terials.In order to solve these problems,based on the actual development status of grape and wine industry and the integration of production and edu-cation,we comprehensively analyzed the appeal of students and the demands of professional posts,redesigned the teaching target and course content,introduced the double-tutor system and new textbooks,and improved the teaching methods.Through practice,the curriculum reformation obtained good results.The reformation has improved the talent training quality of grape and wine engineering major,and has provided reference for the refor-mation of similar courses in other universities.
