白酒酒糟研究进展与发展趋势的文献计量学分析

本文通过文献计量学分析方法,对已发酵后的白酒酒糟研究的进展与发展趋势进行了探讨.以中国知网(CNKI)学术期刊数据库和Web of Science(WOS)核心合集数据库收录的 2013-2023 年期间收录的白酒酒糟文献为研究对象,对这些文献进行了分析,包括文献总数、期刊发文量、年份发文量和作者等指标进行统计和分析.根据分析结果,可以得出以下结论:白酒酒糟发文量呈逐年上升趋势,研究热点主要集中在酒糟资源的再利用和处理技术的改进方面.然而,本研究还存在一些限制,仅依据文献计量学分析方法进行研究,缺乏实地调研和实验数据的支持,文献收集的时效性和检索范围也会对分析结果产生一定影响.因此,未来的研究可以进一步结合实际案例和实验数据,以获得更准确和全面的白酒酒糟研究进展与发展趋势的认识.
Biometric Analysis of Research Progress And Development Trend of Baijiu Distiller's Grains
This paper discusses the progress and trend of fermentted Baijiu distiller's grains through bibliometric analysis.Taking the Baijiu distiller's grains collected from 2013 to 2023 collected in China(CNKI)academic journal database and Web of Science(WOS)core collection database,these documents were analyzed,including the total number of documents,the number of journals,the number of years and the number of authors.According to the analysis results,the following conclusions can be drawn:the amount of Baijiu distiller's grains is increasing year by year,and the research focus mainly focuses on the reuse of distiller's grains resources and the improvement of processing technology.However,there are some limitations in this study,only based on bibliometric analysis methods,lack of field research and experimental data support,the timeliness of literature collection and search scope will also have a certain impact on the analysis results.Therefore,future studies can further combine actual cases and experimental data to obtain a more accurate and comprehensive understanding of the progress and development trend of Baijiu distiller's grains research.
