Research on Baijiu Sales Strategies Based on Catering Consumption Scenarios
Baijiu plays an important role in social communication in catering activities,and it is the carrier of effective transmission and increase of social emotions.Catering enterprises have always been important sales places for Baijiu in the catering consumption scene,but with the development of modern catering industry and the diversification of Baijiu's emerging sales channels,the traditional sales model of Baijiu in catering places has been difficult to continue.Baijiu sales should accurately grasp the advantages of catering places,accurately grasp customers'catering consumption psychology,and cultivate Baijiu consumption loyalty customers by creating immersive catering consumption scenes,holding food and liquor integration tasting activities,and in-depth integration of food and liquor mutual promotion.
