Research Progress on Comprehensive Utilization of Baijiu Distiller's Grains in Different Fields
Distiller's grains are the main by-products produced in the process of Baijiu brewing,which contain rich organic acids,proteins,starch,cellulose and trace elements.However,distiller's grains produced in the process of brewing were once regarded as waste,causing great pressure on the environment,but also a waste of resources.Its development and utilization is of great significance to protect the environment and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.To summarizes the characteristics of the nutritional components of Baijiu distillers'grains and the research progress of their comprehensive utilization in different fields in detail,focusing on the different utilization methods of production feed,organic fertilizer,edible fungus culture medium,chemical materials,clean energy and electrode materials,and looks forward to the direction and ways of their efficient and environmentally friendly utilization,with a view to providing reference for the development direction of Baijiu industry chain.
