酱香型白酒生产周期较长,而影响出酒产量和质量的因素众多,酒质易受外界影响产生波动.本研究通过对某酱酒生产车间五轮次产酒量差的原因进行研究,旨在分析生产过程中存在的不利因素,以制定相应补救措施、提升出酒品质,保障后续生产正常运行.同时总结一套发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的基本方法和思路,为同类型问题提供参考.
Analysis on the Reasons for Poor Wine Yield in the Fifth Round of Jiangxiang Baijiu and Optimization Ideas
The production cycle of Jiangxiang Baijiu is relatively long.There are numerous factors affecting wine yield and quality,and the wine quality is easily influenced by external factors and fluctuates.This study aims to analyze the unfavorable factors existing in the production process by investigating the reasons for the poor wine yield in the fifth round of a Jiangxiang Baijiu production workshop.The purpose is to formulate corresponding remedial measures,improve wine quality,and ensure the normal operation of subsequent production.At the same time,a set of basic methods and ideas for discovering problems,analyzing problems,and solving problems is summarized to provide references for similar issues.
