Composition Analysis of Niudali Liquor Based on UPLC/Q-TOF-MS Technology
In order to study the function of Niudali liquor,we use ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC/Q-TOF-MS)in positive and negative ion mode rapidly identified the chemical components of Millettia sprciosa Wine.The MS,MS/MS data were analyzed by Masslynx4.1 software,and retrieved in database of TCM Chiese[UNIFI1.7]and ChemSpiderfor the rapid identification.As a result,29 components ware analyzed and identified from Wine blank,including3 Phenolic acids,5 lavonoids and 21 triterpenes.Among them,21 triterpenoids and 3 flavonoids were isolated from the plant for the first time.
