白酒酒花物理特性相关性分析

白酒酒花的形成和消散是一种复杂的液体动态变化过程.其中,酒花的统计大小分布与消散时间是这个过程中最直观的物理特性,这些特性与白酒作为液体的其他物理特性有直接关系.通过实验分析不同浓度不同组分下白酒酒花的统计大小分布和消散时间来分析白酒酒花的直观特征和白酒的组分占比、表面张力、浓度和黏度等物理特征的关系.实验发现,白酒浓度越高,表面张力系数越大,产生的3~10 mm直径的泡沫占比就越多.白酒浓度越高,黏度越大,表面张力系数越低,白酒酒花的消散时间就越长.
Correlation Analysis of Physical Characteristics of Baijiu Foams
The formation and dissipation of foams in Baijiu is a complex dynamic change process of liquid.Among them,the statistical size distribution and dissipation time of Baijiu foams are the most intuitive physical characteristics in this process,which are directly related to other physical characteristics of Baijiu as a liquid.The relationship between the visual characteristics of Baijiu foams and the physical characteristics of Baijiu,such as component proportion,surface tension,concentration and viscosity,was analyzed by experimental analysis of the statistical size distribution and dissipation time of Baijiu foams under different concentrations and components.The experiment found that the higher the concentration of Baijiu,the greater the surface tension coefficient,and the more 3-10mm diameter foam produced.The higher the concentration of Baijiu,the greater the viscosity,and the lower the surface tension coefficient,the longer the dissipation time of Baijiu foams.
