Application and Research of Freezing Filter Treatment Technology in Nongxiangxing Baijiu
With the expansion of consumers'consumption habits in the field of high-end low-grade Baijiu,various problems in the process of reducing the alcohol content of Baijiu have become increasingly obvious.Yilite has introduced refrigeration filtration equipment,and carefully analyzed the causes of Baijiu turbidity and sedimentation by using modern scientific and technological means and advanced inspection equipment.The technical team explored the technological parameters of refrigeration equipment to treat Baijiu with reduced alcohol content,and set the freezing temperature:when the filtration temperature of low-grade Baijiu is-12℃,and the filtration temperature of high grade Baijiu is-10℃,the refrigeration filtration treatment effect is the best.The introduction of refrigeration filtration unit makes the turbidity removal of low alcohol Baijiu more convenient and the product quality more stable.
