In order to serve marketing,under the premise of ensuring that the traditional process is not changed,the popularity of clean-flavor liquor is further expanded and the marketing model is innovative,so that more consumers can understand and like clean-flavor liquor from the personal experience of brewing technology.A set of concentrated and miniaturized brewing production line was studied.The research of this production line is to explore the feasibility of the experience park of the brewing technology of pure flavor liquor.
