摘要

按照国标GB 5009.35-2023 中利用液相色谱仪(DAD检测器),对配制酒中的 11 种合成着色剂进行检测发现着色剂加标回收率偏低.通过实验研究发现不同浓度的提取溶剂、上样液、洗脱液、复溶液和滤膜类型,都会对着色剂的回收率存在较大影响,本方法通过实验找到影响着色剂准确度的关键控制点,并分析筛选出最适用的试剂及滤膜,保证结果准确度.

Abstract

According to the national standard GB 5009.35-2023,11 kinds of synthetic colorants in wine were detected by using liquid chromatograph(DAD detector).Through experimental study,it was found that different concentrations of extraction solvent,sample solution,eluent,complex solution and filter membrane type would have a great impact on the recovery rate of colorant.The key control points affecting the accuracy of colorant were found through experiments,and the most suitable reagents and filter membranes were analyzed and screened to ensure the accuracy of results.
