Contemporary Research on"Consciousness"and Expansion of Its Problems
This article focuses on two major issues:First,what are the problems that may be caused by brain-computer combination?It has three sub-questions:1)How does the study of"mind"de-velop into that of"will"in general,even of"consciousness"as a whole,so as to become the study of motivation and motivation elicitation?2)How is the docking of the precise natural sci-ences with the strict but imprecise spiritual sciences completed?How is the connection between mental activity(following the law of motivation)and physical activity(following the law of cause and effect)understood?And 3)What is the ultimate relation between"consciousness and information"and"matter and information"?Can information be equated with quantum?Do consciousness and matter operate in a quantum way?And second,how does spiritual science define"consciousness"?It contains three sub-questions in the definition and description of con-sciousness:1)What is the conceptual domain of"consciousness"in psychology of conscious-ness?2)What is the conceptual domain of"consciousness"in philosophy of consciousness?And 3)What is the conceptual domain of"consciousness"in phenomenology of consciousness?
