摘要
为科学评价老年教育发展水平,及时发现城乡老年教育存在的不足之处,应建立合理的城乡老年教育发展水平评价模型.基于均衡发展理念,综合考虑老年教育投入、老年教育机会、老年教育公平、老年教育质量等影响因素,建立城乡老年教育发展评价体系.采用AHP(层次分析法)-熵权法对评价指标进行量化研究,构建AHP-熵权法的城乡老年教育发展评价模型.以江苏省为例,依据选取的27个区县老年教育发展现状的调研数据,应用评价模型对江苏城乡老年教育发展水平进行综合评价.通过分析讨论评价结果,提出改进建议和对策,以期促进城乡老年教育均衡发展与高质量发展.
Abstract
To scientifically evaluate the development level of elderly education and promptly identify shortcomings in urban and rural elderly education,a reasonable evaluation model for the development level of urban and rural elderly education should be established.Based on the concept of balanced development,a comprehensive evaluation system for the development of urban and rural elderly education is established by considering factors such as investment in elderly education,opportunities for elderly education,fairness in elderly education,and the quality of elderly education.Utilizing the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and entropy weight method for quantifying the evaluation indicators,an AHP-entropy weight model for evaluating the development of urban and rural elderly education is constructed.Taking Jiangsu Province as an example and based on research data on the current status of elderly education development in 27 districts and counties,the evaluation model is applied to comprehensively evaluate the development level of urban and rural elderly education in Jiangsu.Through analysis and discussion of the evaluation results,improvement suggestions and strategies are proposed to promote balanced and high-quality development of urban and rural elderly education.
