论社区教育涵育乡风文明的应然价值与实然策略——以系统与生活世界二元论为理论视域

哈贝马斯系统与生活世界二元论呈现出社会问题研究的语言哲学转向,社区教育作为教育与社区有机结合的统一整体,对于乡村社会形成哈贝马斯所向往的交往共同体具有中介桥梁作用.社区教育的全民性、丰富性、系统性为乡风文明培育提供了主体支撑、内容支撑和载体支撑,呈现出对文明乡风培育的应然价值.社区教育通过四个方面呈现出对文明乡风培育的实然策略:开展公民教育,推动乡村社会共同道德规范的形成;传播农村优秀传统文化,推动乡村文化传统合理化;培育乡村社会公共文化,推动乡村社会规约网络合理化;开展移风易俗行动,推动乡民个体人格发展合理化.
On the Inherent Value and Practical Strategies of Community Education in Cultivating Rural Civilization——from the Theoretical Perspective of the System and Lifeworld Dualism
The dualism of system and lifeworld of Habermas theory presents a linguistic philosophical shift in the study of social issues.Community education,as a unified whole integrating education and the community,serves as a mediating bridge in forming the communicative community that Habermias aspires to in rural society.The universality,richness,and systematic nature of community education provide support in terms of main body,content,and medium for the cultivation of rural civilization,demonstrating inherent value in fostering the social civility in rural areas.Community education exhibits practical strategies for cultivating social civility in rural areas through implementation strategies in the following four aspects:conducting civic education to promote the formation of common ethical norms in rural society,disseminating excellent traditional rural culture to promote the rationalization of rural cultural traditions,cultivating rural public culture to promote the rationalization of the social norms network in rural society,and carrying out initiatives to change outdated customs to promote the rational development of individual personalities in rural residents.
