Qualitative Research on Teachers'Willingness in Participating in School Governance in Higher Vocational Colleges
The core concept of modern governance emphasizes the participation of multiple subjects represented by teachers.Using the Grounded Theory and methods,focusing on teachers in case study schools,conducting in-depth interviews to collect data,and organizing data through Nvivo14 software,this paper carries out a qualitative attribution analysis of the influencing factors of teachers'willingness to participate in school governance in higher vocational colleges.It is found that willingness to participate,ability to participate,institutional design,and governance culture are important factors influencing teachers'willingness to participate in school governance at higher vocational colleges.To enhance teachers'willingness to participate in school governance at higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to focus on feedback to improve teachers'governance efficiency,emphasize training to shape teachers'governance concepts,promote incentives to transform teachers'governance attitudes,and encourage innovation to create an atmosphere for teachers to participate in governance.
