摘要
红色家风在青年大学生中的教育与传承,意义重大.红色家风融入高职院校人才培养有助于大学生筑牢理想信念,滋养道德情操,践行知行合一.目前,红色家风融入高职院校人才培养充满现实挑战:育人模式上,高职院校"三全育人""五育并举"贯通不畅;情感互动上,红色家风在家庭教育中的传承被忽视;机制协同上,社会资源开放共享力度不够.引导高职院校学生传承红色家风、厚植家国情怀、赓续精神血脉,让爱党爱国爱民的红色基因融入大学生的生命基因,成长为"德技兼修"的红心工匠,就要:优化育人模式,夯实学校育人主导地位;加强情感联结,坚定家庭成员信仰之光;完善联动机制,开放共享本土红色资源.
Abstract
The education and inheritance of the Red Family Traditions among young college students hold great significance.Integrating the Red Family Traditions into talent cultivation in vocational colleges helps students solidify their ideals and beliefs,nurture moral character,and practice the unity of knowledge and action.Currently,integrating the Red Family Traditions into talent cultivation in vocational colleges faces practical challenges:in terms of educational models,the integration of the"Three Comprehensive Education"and"Five Integration Education"is not smooth in vocational colleges;in terms of emotional interaction,the inheritance of the Red Family Traditions in family education is neglected;and in terms of mechanism coordination,the openness and sharing of social resources are inadequate.To guide vocational college students in inheriting the Red Family Traditions,cultivating patriotism,and continuing the spiritual legacy,and to integrate the"red gene"of loving the Party,the country,and the people into the students'lives so that they can grow into"red-hearted"talents with achievement in both morality and skills,it is necessary to optimize the educational model and consolidate the leading role of schools in talent cultivation,strengthen emotional connections and uphold the guiding light of faith among family members,and improve collaborative mechanisms and open up and share local red resources.
