开放大学有组织科研:现实问题及实践范式

摘要
科研在开放大学高质量发展过程中扮演着重要角色,然而,现实中科研功能发挥的作用有限,主要原因在于未能形成有组织的科研范式.基于库恩的范式理论,开放大学有组织的科研范式构建需遵循问题导向原则、业绩导向原则、层级管理原则和团队协作原则,健全有组织科研的领导体制,做好有组织科研的功能布局,建立有组织科研的运行模式,营造有组织科研的学术氛围,完善有组织科研的考评体系,加强有组织科研的团队建设,从而构建具有开放大学特色的有组织的科研范式.
Abstract
Scientific research plays an important role in the process of high-quality development of the open university.However,the role of scientific research is limited in reality,mainly due to the failure to establish an organized research paradigm.Based on Kuhn's paradigm theory,the construction of an organized scientific research paradigm in the open university should follow the principles of problem orientation,performance orientation,hierarchical management,and team cooperation.For organized scientific research,it is necessary to establish a sound leadership system,optimize the functional layout,build an operational model,foster an academic atmosphere,improve the evaluation system,and strengthen team building,so as to construct an organized research paradigm with the characteristics of the open university.
