摘要
社区学院开展职业技能培训是面向企业职工、重点就业群体和农村转移就业劳动者等有职业技能需求的社区居民所开展的"平民实用培训",对提升劳动者职业技能水平、推动区域经济社会发展和促进社区治理有十分重要的意义.社区学院开展职业技能培训面临培训政策、社会认知和培训资源等多方面的困境.通过所在社区的培训实践破解难题,从构建职业技能培训政策体系、保障职业技能培训资源供给、创新职业技能培训方法模式等方面,探索社区学院开展职业技能培训的有效路径.
Abstract
Community colleges provide"practical training for ordinary people"targeted at community residents with vocational skill needs,including enterprise employees,key employment groups,and rural migrant workers.This type of vocational skill training is of great significance for improving workers'vocational skills,promoting regional economic and social development,and enhancing community governance.However,community colleges face challenges in training policies,social awareness,and training resources.By analyzing training practices within the community for addressing these challenges,this paper explores effective approaches for community colleges to provide vocational skill training,which includes establishing a vocational skill training policy system,ensuring the supply of vocational skill training resources,and innovating vocational skill training methods and models.
