摘要
面对少子化和人口老龄化的双重挑战,社区康养服务显得尤为重要.社区康养服务以"健康中国"战略为指导,提供覆盖全生命周期的健康管理,特别关注弱势群体,以改善社区居民的健康意识,提高其生活质量.然而,现有的社区康养服务业态存在着发展不平衡、资源整合不足、功能单一及岗位缺乏系统性的问题.为此,应按照服务业态需求设置岗位、按照岗位对职业资格分级、建立社区康养岗位职业标准的优化策略,以促进社区康养服务供给的专业化和服务质量提升.
Abstract
In the face of the dual challenges of declining birth rates and population aging,community health care services are particularly important.Guided by the"Healthy China"strategy,community health care services provide comprehensive health management throughout the entire life cycle,with special attention to vulnerable groups,aiming to improve residents'health awareness and enhance their quality of life.However,the existing formats of community health care services suffer from imbalanced development,insufficient resource integration,limited functionalities,and a lack of systematic job positions.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize strategies of setting job positions based on service demands,grading professional qualifications based on job requirements,and establishing occupational standards for community health care positions,so as to promote the professionalization of community health care service supply and improve service quality.
