基于Kano模型的开放教育农民大学生学习支持服务提升策略

农民大学生是乡村振兴的生力军,为开放教育农民大学生提供优质的学习支持服务,可以提升学习效果,为乡村振兴提供强大的人才支撑.根据开放教育教学模式和学习支持服务理论,构建开放教育学习支持服务体系的 5 个需求维度和 20 个需求要素.通过Kano模型问卷收集农民大学生的学习支持服务需求信息,根据最高频次法和Better-Worse系数法确定开放教育农民大学生学习支持服务需求归类.基于上述分析,提出学习支持服务提升策略:以必备属性为保障,完善评价支持服务项目;以期望属性为支撑,提升资源、过程支持服务项目;以魅力属性为方向,强化团队支持服务项目;以无差别属性为依据,改进管理支持服务项目.
Strategies of Enhancing Learning Support Services for Rural College Students in Open Education Based on the Kano Model
College students from a rural background are the new force in rural revitalization.Providing quality learning support services for these students in open education can enhance their learning outcomes and offer strong talent support for rural revitalization.Based on the open education teaching model and the theory of learning support services,this paper constructs a learning support service system for the open education,outlining five demand dimensions and twenty demand elements.A Kano model questionnaire was used to collect information on the learning support service needs of rural college students,and the need classification was determined using the frequency method and the Better-Worse coefficient method.Based on this analysis,this paper proposes strategies for enhancing learning support services:using essential attributes as a guarantee to improve evaluation support service items;relying on expected attributes as a support to enhance resource and process support service items;directing efforts toward attractive attributes to strengthen team support service items;and setting indifferent attributes as a base to refine management support service items.
