Innovation and Practice Research on the"Direct Access"Management Model for Elderly Education—Taking Nanjing Open University for the Elderly System as an Example
The educational management model plays an important role in the integrated development of systematic teaching activities.Relying on the Nanjing Lifelong Education Service Guidance Center,and using the operational advantages and organizational operation modes of the Nanjing Open University for the Elderly system,this paper establishes a new educational management model for city-level open universities for the elderly through institutional development and optimization of system mechanisms,which directly connects teaching resources,teaching guidance,and services to community teaching sites.By strengthening demonstration and guidance,formulating clear regulations,and optimizing the"direct access"mechanism,this model has been effectively promoted and applied.However,further strategies are needed to further improve the promotion,such as enhancing community governance at the grassroots level,extending elderly education to more communities,elevating"productive aging"as a higher pursuit for the elderly,optimizing system mechanism construction,and promoting the construction of a positive aging society.
