Relationship between Graduates'Satisfaction and Academic Achievements in Open Education—Based on the Analysis of 3849 Data Samples
Student satisfaction is an important indicator of educational quality.Based on a sample of 3849 surveys assessing the satisfaction of open education graduates and their employers,this paper uses a multiple regression model to explore the impact of graduate satisfaction on academic achievement.The research findings indicate that both graduate satisfaction and academic achievement are at a relatively high level;there is a significant positive correlation between graduate satisfaction and academic achievement.Specifically,graduates'satisfaction with teachers,formative assessment assignments,and teaching process all positively influence academic achievement,with varying degrees of impact.This paper reveals the important role of graduate satisfaction in open education and suggests that improving student satisfaction should be a focus,with multiple measures taken to enhance academic achievement levels.
