Digital Transformation Path for Vocational Education Driven by New Quality Productive Forces—Taking Nanjing City Vocational College as an Example
Vocational education faces various challenges in its digital transformation process,including infrastructure,teaching models,and faculty development.Taking Nanjing City Vocational College as an example,which actively explores the digital transformation of vocational education under the background of new quality productive forces,this paper suggests that efforts should be made to strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure,promote the digital transformation of teaching resources,enhance teachers'digital teaching capabilities,establish professional development pathways for faculty,and reinforce industry-academia-research collaboration along with policy support.These measures are aimed at effectively advancing the digital transformation of vocational education driven by new quality productive forces,in order to better serve the digital transformation of industries and cultivate more high-quality technical and skilled talents with practical abilities and innovative spirit,thereby providing strong support for sustainable economic and social development.
