Research on Influence Prediction of Engineering Change Propagation in Product Design Process
To address the issues of low accuracy and frequent rework in the decision-making process of engineering change propagation paths and frequent rework issues during the product design process,a method for analyzing and obtaining the optimal change propagation path is proposed.Firstly,the relationship between the functions and parameters of product components are expressed in matrix form.Then,fuzzy hierarchical analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze the parameters that meet the changed requirements,obtaining the optimal initial change parameters.Finally,from the perspective of single step change propagation,analysis of change propagation paths is conducted,and a decision-making mechanism for changing propagation paths is proposed.The feasibility of this method is verified through the development of a prototype system of change propagation impact prediction,combined with case studies.The verification results demonstrate the effectiveness of the method,providing a reference for the effective and precise implementation of engineering changes in the product design process.
