传统平面机构自由度计算公式是基于刚性运动构件建立的,不适用于带有柔性或弹性构件的平面机构自由度计算.以套筒滚子链传动副和齿形带传动副为例,阐述了采用传统平面机构自由度计算公式在带有柔性或弹性构件的平面机构自由度计算中遇到的问题.针对这些问题,本文定义柔弹等效约束作为公式变量,结合传统平面机构自由度计算公式,建立了带有柔性或弹性构件的平面机构自由度计算公式,并实例验证了该公式的正确性.
Calculation of Degrees of Freedom for Planar Mechanisms with Flexible or Elastic Components
The traditional formula for calculating the degrees of freedom of planar mechanisms is based on rigid motion components and is not applicable to the calculation of degrees of freedom of planar mechanisms with flexible or elastic components.Taking the sleeve roller chain transmission pair and toothed belt transmission pair as examples,this paper elaborates on the problems encountered in the calculation of the degrees of freedom of planar mechanisms with flexible or elastic components using traditional formulas for calculating the degrees of freedom of planar mechanisms.Some technical treatments are carried out to define the flexible elastic equivalent constraint as the formula variable,and combined with traditional formulas for calculating the degrees of freedom of planar mechanisms,a formula for calculating the degrees of freedom of planar mechanisms with flexible or elastic components is established,And the correctness of the new formula was verified using examples.
