"两个和解"之生态正义逻辑与真正共同体的历史性建构

摘要
人与自然、人与人矛盾真正解决的"两个和解"以实践的人化自然观为基础,蕴含着生产力发展与生产关系变革相统一的生态正义逻辑,是人与自然异化关系批判逻辑与"自由人联合体"之真正共同体建构逻辑的有机结合与科学跃升.这不仅在生产方式基础上弥合了种际正义与人际正义的分裂与对立,实现了生产正义与分配正义的历史性统一,而且扬弃了权利义务对等的价值原则.地球生命共同体与人类命运共同体既是真正共同体蕴含的"一体两面",又是实现真正共同体的"两翼双轮",彼此内嵌又互为前提,相辅相成又相向而行,共同诠释了"两个和解"之生态正义的当代建构机制,共同展现了由虚假共同体到真正共同体的历史实现过程.
Abstract
Based on the practical humanized view of nature,the"two reconciliations",the real solution to the interpersonal conflicts and the conflicts between man and nature,contain the ecological justice logic that integrates the development of productive forces and the reform of production relations.They are the organic combination and scientific leap of the critique logic of the alienated relationship between man and nature and the construction logic of a real community of"free people",which not only bridges the divisive opposition between interspecies and interpersonal justice on the basis of the production mode,and realizes the historical unity of productive and distributive justice,but also sublates the value principle of reciprocal rights and obligations.The life community on earth and the community with a shared future for mankind are the"two sides of the same coin"of a real community and the"two wings and two wheels"to realize the real community.They are embedded in and predicated on each other,complement each other and move in opposite directions,and together they explain the contemporary mechanism for the construction of ecological justice in the"two reconciliations",and together they demonstrate the historical realization process from a false community to a real community.
