The Logical Path and Realistic Dilemma of Digitally Empowering Rural Governance Communities
The rural governance community empowered by digital technology is an inevitable choice in the dig-ital era.The connotation of rural governance community encompasses three characteristics:"efficient consulta-tion and cooperation","effective resource allocation",and"strong emotional ties"among multiple govern-ance subjects.Through"structural empowerment","resource empowerment"and"psychological empower-ment",digital technologies expand the rural social governance network,optimize resource allocation for village governance,and promote the establishment of value consensus and emotional ties,effectively contributing to the process of"communitization"in rural governance.However,the process of digital technology's interven-tion in the construction of rural governance communities will also face the limitations of material inputs,insti-tutional arrangements and technological awareness.Therefore,the role of digital technology in empowering rural governance communities should be further exploited through more targeted material inputs,more fitting technical designs and more universal digital education.
