共同富裕背景下人力资本对少数民族流动人口工资收入的影响及其机制

促进少数民族流动人口实现共同富裕是中国特色社会主义的本质要求和时代任务.基于2018 年少数民族流动人口监测数据的研究发现,少数民族流动人口工资收入水平低于汉族流动人口和全国城镇职工工资水平.健康人力资本和教育人力资本对少数民族流动人口工资收入有直接正向影响,而教育人力资本还会通过劳动合同等制度保障因素间接影响其工资收入,且人力资本对少数民族流动人口工资收入的影响效应具有显著代际差异.需要从完善制度保障机制、健全人力资本提升机制、确立群体分类治理机制等方面提高少数民族流动人口工资收入,以有效促进少数民族流动人口共同富裕.
The Impact and Mechanism of Human Capital on the Wage Income of Minority Floating Population under the Background of Common Prosperity
Promoting the common prosperity of the migrant population of ethnic minorities is the essential re-quirement and task of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Based on the monitoring data of the ethnic minor-ity floating population in 2018,the study finds that the wage income level of the minority floating population was lower than that of the Han migrant population and the national urban workers.Health human capital and education human capital have a direct and positive impact on the wage income of the minority floating popula-tion,while education human capital also indirectly affects the wage income of the minority floating population through institutional guarantee factors such as labor contracts.Moreover,the impact of human capital on the wage income of the minority floating population has significant intergenerational differences.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the wage income of the minority floating population from the aspects of perfecting the sys-tem guarantee mechanism,perfecting the human capital promotion mechanism,and establishing the group classification governance mechanism,so as to effectively promote the common prosperity of the minority float-ing population.
