Research on the Factors Influencing the Labor Rights and Interests of Digital Gig Workers
With the development of internet platform enterprises,digital gig workers have emerged,and it is crucial to clearly identify the core influencing factors of the labor rights of young digital gig workers for their la-bor rights protection.This article uses grounded theory to construct a digital gig labor rights influencing factor model that includes four dimensions:national policies and regulations,internet platform enterprise manage-ment,union support capacity,and customer.The weighted principal component analysis method is used to weight and evaluate the model.It is believed that the relevant influence of Internet platform enterprise man-agement,national policies and regulations is relatively large,and the influence of trade union support ability and customer cannot be ignored.To safeguard the rights and interests of young digital gig workers,it is neces-sary to continuously standardize and optimize the management of internet platform enterprises,accelerate the legal process of protecting the rights and interests of digital gig workers,enhance the support capacity of gig la-bor unions,and strengthen customers'emotional identification with digital gig workers.
