The Key Causes of Digital Exclusion Behavior of the Disadvantaged Groups in Digital Integration
In the update iteration of digital technology, some groups are restricted by subjective psychology and ability, objective resources and social environment and then they produce digital exclusion emotions and behaviors, and gradually separate from the digital society into the disadvantaged groups in digital integration.Based on Personal Information World Theory,meta-ethnography method is used to integrate the influencing factors of digital exclusion behavior of the disadvantaged groups in digital integration, and DEMATEL method is used to identify the key influencing factors. In this study,24 influencing factors were integrated in 8 dimen-sions,including individual characteristics, psychological perception, information environment, and intellectu-al level. It is found that 9 factors have high centrality, such as age, psychological barriers, community and in-stitutional assistance, and information infrastructure, which are the key influencing factors of digital exclusion of the disadvantaged groups in digital integration. Therefore, the process of enabling the disadvantaged groups to smoothly integrate into the digital society can be continuously optimized through building an aging-friendly society, paying attention to digital psychological disorders, implementing community support, and rationally allocating service resources, improving infrastructure construction and enhancing the ease of operation of equipment, strengthening the construction of digital education systems and optimizing resource supply, and leveraging the synergistic role of diverse stakeholders.
