Livelihood Vulnerability and Its Influencing Factors of the Second Generation of Floating Population since Adulthood
Based on the data from China Migrants Dynamic Survey(CMDS)in 2018,this paper empirically analyzes the livelihood vulnerability and influencing factors of the second generation of adult floating population by using a mixed Logit regression model.The results show that there are difficulties in child rearing,elderly care and social integration,and the increase in the number of migrant adult labor force have significant positive impacts on the livelihood vulnerability of the adult second generation of migrant population.The better health status,the higher medical convenience and average monthly net income of the family have significant negative impacts on the livelihood vulnerability of the adult second generation of migrant population.In addition,there are gender differences and marital status differences in the livelihood vulnerability of the adult second generation of migrant population.It is necessary to prevent and resolve the social risks of the adult second generation of floating population,pay close attention to the health risks of the adult second generation of floating population,and improve the capital level of the adult second generation of floating population through multiple channels.
