The Localization Practice of the Subjects of the Rural Market-oriented Elderly-care Service:Based on the Research on Y Institution in Fujian Province
The construction of market-oriented elderly-care service system is of great significance to improve the rural elderly-care service system.However,the subjects of market-oriented elderly care service are faced with a series of difficulties in the actual development,including the trust crisis under the lack of legitimacy and the management crisis under the balance of income and expenditure.The existing researches have ignored the advantages of market subjects,the influence of market characteristics of grassroots society on market sub-jects and the interaction between multiple subjects in the process of marketization.Based on the investigation on Y Institution in Fujian,it is pointed out that the action logic of market-oriented elderly-care service subjects should conform to the characteristics of the local market,rely on the grass-roots government in the semi-market environment,realize the localization of relations,rights,management and interests,organically connect with the environment,give full play to the subjectivity,and thus achieve a sustainable development.
