Research on Collaborative Governance of Smart Senior Care Data Resources from the Perspective of Evolutionary Game
Collaborative governance is an effective medium to leverage the value of senior care data resources and promote the in-depth development of smart senior care.In order to promote the deep integration of data elements in the field of smart senior care,release the potential value of data resources,and leverage the data co-construction and sharing of smart senior care service ecosystem,based on evolutionary game theory,this paper establishes a tripartite evolutionary game model composed of senior care institutions,medical institutions and government departments,and studies the strategy selection between multi-agent games,elaborates on the equilibrium stability of the model in different scenarios,and conducts numerical simulation analysis.The re-sults indicate that the initial participation probability of the subjects,government incentives,and data resource potential will have positive impacts on the evolution of the data sharing ecosystem,while the construction cost of data sharing and government penalties will delay or inhibit the evolution of the data sharing ecosystem.In the future,various subjects need to exert their subjective initiative and build a good environment for collabora-tive governance of data resources from the perspective of the whole society.
