With the extensive application and rapid development of mobile medical technology in the elderly, exploring the willingness of the elderly to continue to use has become the key to improve the level of mobile medical service and promote the digital transformation of medical care.Through a comprehensive evaluation of academic literature at home and abroad, the study finds that factors affecting the continued use of mobile health care in the elderly group include perceived usefulness, effort expectation, convenience, satisfaction, past use experience, expectation confirmation, health anxiety, technology anxiety, perceived risk, perceived trust, social influence and quality of mobile medical service.Among them, satisfaction, perceived trust and social influence have a significant impact on the intention of continuous use of mobile medical service by elderly users. In addition, there is a high correlation between perceived usefulness, expectation confirmation and usage satisfaction of the elderly users. There is a negative correlation between technical anxiety, perceived risk and the intention to continue using mobile health care in the elderly. These findings provide empirical support for optimizing mobile health service design and increasing the willingness of the elderly to continue using mo-bile medical care.
