Difficult to Leave the Relatives and Hometown:Practice and Logic of Social Relations of the Returning Youths in Counties
The development of county-level urbanization has boosted China's transition from the stage of"rural China"to the stage of"urban-rural China",and the returning youth group have become the main driving force of county social development.Through the qualitative research method of case study, the paper makes an in-depth analysis of the practice and internal logic of the social relationship construction of the county returning youths. It is found that in the structural context of"common presence of acquaintances"in the county society, the social relationship practice of returning youths shows the characteristics of"unbroken relatives and friends"in different dimensions, namely, the continuation of intergenerational connection, the maintenance of peer re-lationship,and the return of ordinary roles to colleague relationship.Although the young people who have the floating experience and diversified knowledge system are affected by the"delocalization",they show the re-embedding action logic that"home is hard to leave"in the practice of social relations in the county. From the behavior logic of the young people returning and settling down in their hometown,it is of great significance to understand the order of daily life of the young people returning to the county and further study of the social cat-egory of the county bearing the attribution of hometown.
